But on the day of check in, no one contacted us with instructions on our self check in even after the check in time of 3 pm. We had to locate their phone number and contact them. Even then, they could not find our reservation which was prepaid. Eventually, they found it and text us the room, front door and room passcodes. They even sent us info for 2 different room but we only……
