“Wonderful property in a great location. Property manager very responsive both before and during the rental. Well done, Mary! Just recently started renting the property so still a few bugs to work out. An information book explaining how the basics of the property work (internet, hot tub, TVs, lights, gas starters for fireplaces, etc.) and identifying local attractions, amenities, restaurants, etc. would be very helpful. I understand this is in process. Also, need to stock/provide a few more……

“I’ve visited the area several times and had a great stay at this property, fairly typical compared to other properties I’ve stayed at in the area. The location is excellent, minutes from Geneva and several wineries, and you can step right out into the lake from the yard! Honestly, that’s most of what we wanted right there… but there are the usual lake house “cons” to consider, as with many comparable listings.
