“The VRBO picture shows the front of the house, but unit #5 can only be entered from the back. It is a basement suite, the design of which would be perfect for someone attending the nearby university, but not for two couples. (The person sleeping in the queen-sized bed in the small bedroom must open their door and step into the living area, which now contains a king-sized bed in order to transit to the bathroom.) The bedroom contains no furniture except for the bed and one very small night……

“Thank you for the great stay! Check in was contactless and the instructions were straightforward. The studio is cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. There are neighbors upstairs but they were reasonably quiet for a Saturday evening. It was too cold to see the alpacas -- maybe next time! Thank……

“This apartment is clean and well located to access Cornell/Ithaca. The couches and seats in the living area are comfortable yet a bit worn. The tenants upstairs are quiet, but you can hear them when they walk around. All in all, it was fine for our 2-night stay.”
