“Good overall experience. Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. Good for a family of 4 or less.Pets:Good……

“We loved our stay here at this cozy location! It is clean and fit our needs for a place to stay. Pet friendly, which is a major bonus when vacationing, and reasonably priced. The town itself is charming with dog friendly outdoor eating options.The host was easy to get ahold of and was very helpful in recommending places to go. He has notable locations listed already, but he answered our questions.We are hoping to revisit!”

“Have stayed at other locations of the same host and this one was just as great! Perfect location for walking around to local shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms was enough space for 2 couples. Shampoo/conditioner, plates, silverware, coffee all were provided which is nice while traveling. Shower is AMAZINGGG, huge and great water pressure. Host was quickly responsive and so helpful. 10/10 would stay again!”

“We could not have asked for a better stay! The apartment is beautiful! We felt like we were transported to the 1850’s, but with all the modern amenities you could hope for, including the most amazing walk-in rainfall shower! John and Sven were such gracious and accommodating hosts. They made some great recommendations, including Sauder’s, which was an amazing grocery store and market with delicious breakfast sandwiches. We can’t recommend the apartment highly enough!”

“Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”

“We stayed with our pup for the Labor Day weekend and we loved it. The lodge is actually bigger than appears on the pictures. It is located in the walking distance to all restaurants, the Sodus Point beach and only 20-minute drive to Chimney Bluffs. Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it.”
