I am in Rome a lot I am surprised I have to discovered this before. This is really a gem, very straightforward if you just need a place to relax after a long day of walking. It does not have the normal chain/big hotels amenities but really good value for its price.”

“We knew there was a risk we might be late and arrive after check in closed but the reception staff, especially Rosalba, were very helpful and responsive. The building, room and breakfast were all very good. A great location, central but far enough off the main thoroughfare to be relatively quiet”

The first day they provided us a wrong room type and they found this mistake the other day, and they asked us to move at once! We didn't even have breakfast and we were in a hurry to go out. Since we left in such a hurry, we left some our belongs in the previous room, when I came to the reception asking for help, they treated me very badly. Never, ever want……

“the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.”
