“Room was updated, clean and large with double queens, bathroom was spacious, breakfast was good with hot servings. Facility is under renovation, so interior appearance was unfinished, nothing that affected the stay.”

“原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。”

“The highlights of the stay was your team, they had excellent customer service skills. The hotel did not match the photo that is on your reservation site(it shows a new 4 story building, and this is actually a 3 story older one) ”

“Check in was easy. Customer service was great. We were put in a room all the way at the end out of view . Room smelt very musty, and like someone was smoking cigarettes and marijuana in it. We were able to switch rooms which was great. Parking lot started getting packed after 5pm. Cars bumping sound systems for 2 hours non stop. Loud noises outside, people stomping feet about our room. Had trouble getting to sleep due to all the noise - VERY loud outside the windows .. lots of commotion going……
