“We had a great time! We made use of the fire pit by the main house at night and caught and released over a dozen fish from the pond in one morning! We had 4 couples so we split up between the main house, the cabin and the guest house. Everyone could retire to their own place, it was great! The host (Sheryl) was very communicative and helpful. Our family needed a place to just unwind and relax. With both of our kids in college and nearing the end of their semester this was the best place for them to unplug. We loved visiting Smithville and loved the antique stores. We also went into Bastrop and went to the farmers market and enjoyed all the stores downtown. We enjoyed floating the……
