“Cabin was very clean, the view was phenomenal and it was nice feeling off the grid. We fished a ton every day with lots of luck. Wide variety of exotic animals to watch throughout the property. Would be very fun to visit during summer to take advantage of the pool. The listing on VRBO can be slightly confusing. There is a room that list two queen beds which only has one and upstairs living room that lists king is an air mattress. These beds we were using for kids, so we were able to make it……

“The pictures do not do this place justice at all. The inside and outside of the property is amazing. The host puts so much care and effort into making their guests feel welcomed. Although we are not disc golfers, it was fun to try a round. The inside is decorated with such unique esthetic. The hosts literally have thought of everything. “This yurt was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed this past weekend. The pictures of this place do not do it justice, this yurt is practically brand new and very spacious. The owners of this property spared no expense and really thought of everything to include for you! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Formula One weekend, and it was so wonderful to not have the traffic and stress of Austin, only the trees and relaxation of Bastrop. We will definitely be back!”

“This was by far the most relaxing stay I’ve had anywhere. There were little details around the yurt that made me feel welcome. Not only was the yurt cute and cozy, it was quiet and peaceful. And communication and check-in was perfect!! I didn’t spend a lot of time on the property but really enjoyed my stay. ”

“My husband and I stayed at The Reserve for a long weekend trip to Austin, Warrenton, and the surrounding areas. The Reserve was a GREAT in-between spot for all of our weekend activities. My ONLY regret was that we had so many other things going on and was unable to spend more time on the property. Jeanne and Bubba were incredible hosts and no detail went attended to. We can NOT wait to return and will be planning our second trip soon! ”
