“To no fault of the property owner, the cleaners had not cleaned or changed the sheets before our arrival. We had to call Evolve Travel, whi had to track down the owner. The owner was unable to get a hold of the cleaners, but was gracious enough to give us the code to the shed where clean sheets were kept. The floors were filthy!!! The top of the toilet tank was off because you had to jiggle the parts for it to flush correctly. The owner had obviosly bought all new sheets, towels,kitchen utensils……

“Everything about the stay this year was as great as it was last year. Beautiful surroundings, quite proptey and trails. Clean and homly. Would recommend to anyone for peaceful get away.”

“This house had everything we needed for a friends weekend. The property itself is large so we didn't feel the neighbors right next to us with a bonfire pit plus a great front porch and back deck. Beds were comfortable and kitchen, dining and living room area was spacious for gathering. Would definitely book again.”

“Perfect for a girls weekend. There were 8 of us that came together from all over Michigan, Canada and Ohio to spend a weekend celebrating and floating down the Ausable. Having all the rooms upstairs was like being at camp with a huge living room for us all to come together. It was perfect. The wrap around porch and grill were heavily utilized. I would 100% recommend this property for family and friend gatherings. ”

“Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. ”
