“The place was excellent. Love the decor. It could be cleaned a bit before me and my guest arrived but it wasn’t too bad. Craig is very communicative and thorough with all of our needs. ”

“I gave a 4 star according to the host’s criteria. Ali is friendly and an efficient host. The property is in a nice location and the parking was a plus. Unfortunately, the pictures are deceiving and most likely taken when it was newly renovated and with good lighting. This is a garden/basement apartment. It is quite dark and dingy because the apartment hasn’t been maintained. The walls are scuffed/dirty, blinds are broken, curtain rods falling off. It is in need of a true cleaning and refresh……

“The Oak Park loft pictures don’t do it justice. It is very large and all the special little touches, from the design and furnishings to the beautiful crib, rocking chair, and games for kids were all chosen with love and caring. Every kitchen supply was available, the bathroom massive with plenty of room to spread out (we women have lots of stuff!), and I could access all my favorite tv apps. The neighborhood was gorgeous and it was so fun to walk around such a historic area. Just be prepared for……

“We had a great stay! The location was awesome, a short and easy walk to the Blue line train and the neighborhood was beautiful! The host made checkin and checkout easy with clear instructions. Although we didn’t need any help, I trusted that she would be easy to reach if we did! Beds were comfy, and the home was clean and well kept overall. We would stay here again! Also highly recommend Miko’s Italian ice just around the corner!! ”

“Very nice and affordable! Much like a stay in a hotel suite, but situated in charming and safe neighborhood and void of the odd smells you’d get from smokers or God knows what else haha. The hosts were present in the home above, but were very communicative and respectful! The space was just so cute and well kept! Will gladly stay here in again in the future! Thank you hosts! My daughter had a great 15th birthday weekend, partly contributed by you both! Blessings! ”
