“Very clean, very comfortable converted basement in Logan Square, with modern amenities. Location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again without hesitation. The property manager is very responsive. The only real issue we had was with dog and stomping noise coming from the people in the unit above. “My husband and I are in our 70s and we found that our safety and comfort level was more than satisfactory while staying at this lovely Coachhouse. A real plus was the beautiful neighborhood. “This is a great place stay as is center of everywhere. Room is comfy and clean. Great bathroom. Basic necessities provided. Host is very good in communication and you will have a good check in process. We wish there is remote garage key instead you will need manually open the garage door by accessing the small door at the back to open the garage. “This property is in a great Oak Park location, easy walking distance to a fabulous local breakfast at Publican as well as other restaurants. Also easy walk to Dunkin if that’s more your style. Host is very responsive and great to work with. Nice sized kitchen, comfortable beds. Not a lot of counter space in bathroom. Backyard is nice place to relax in the evening.
