“This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. “This home is lovely, and the layout and decor were great for my family. We loved the plants in the yard, the outdoor seating, and the balcony. It has a small fire pit if you bring a fire log. We were able to easily reach the host for any questions we had, and he responded timely manner and was gracious with anything we needed. The area around has a Target and restaurants, and this was a fairly straight shot for us to get to Sutter Health Park. I mentioned this home to my brother for any visitors……

“Quick getaway with friends to watch the A’s. Location is in good proximity to restaurants and Sutter Helath park but not being familiar with the area made getting to the house a bit difficult (nearby construction and one way traffic). It didn’t impact our stay though, house was very clean and amenities were great.”

“This property is a hidden gem right along the Placer Wine trail, it was a perfect place to recharge in between outings. ”

“Your place was fantastic. The linens were top notch. You did the best you could with the small bathrooms. Regarding the bed. It seemed perfect until I woke up in the middle of the night and where I was lying had dipped down. I had to move to the other side where it was even. My niece had the same experience. Probably nothing you can do about it, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that bed again.Just a few suggestions to make it even better.-Put the instructions for the thermostat in the book.-Not……

“The house was just as described. Very clean inside and out and the backyard was beautifully blooming in the spring time. My bother's teenagers enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds and everyone enjoyed the quiet house and neighborhood. Great neighborhood to go for a walk or just hang out on the patio in the back yard. Will rent again if back in the area!”

“Convenient walking distance to the ballpark, Riverwalk, and old Sacramento. A 20 minute drive from the airport.The house itself has everything that you need to enjoy your stay you’ll just need to bring any consumables that you have a preference for. Parking right in front of the house and a private paved area keeps you off the street. If you do have any problems, the owner is easy to contact and more importantly quickly responds. We enjoyed our stay immensely.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and had all the small things that are so nice to have when staying away from home. Hard to beat the nice weather with the windows and doors open letting the breeze blow through. ”
