“The place was great for us & so easy to walk to BART. Was a 15-20 minute walk & is in a nice, quiet neighborhood-even coming back at 11:30pm. The bed is very comfortable & the bathroom is roomy with a wide shower. We did not use the appliances, but cupboards were well stocked. Did not have any noise during our stay. “I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.”

“Stayed with my wife and two adult children for a wedding in the redwoods. The place is very nice, comfortable, clean and convenient. Easy walk to grocery, coffee and into San Anselmo for dining!”

“If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution.……

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did).
