“Easy entry system. Well cared for property and modern with pleasant entrance and stairway to room. Room was large and modern with well maintained furnishings. Bathroom was obviously new with a shower over bath and plenty of hot water, although our preference would be a walk in shower. We thought that the mattresses were a little on the hard side for us though with heavy duvets more suited to colder weather. We were lucky to have warm weather and the room was very warm. “I enjoyed my stay. Staff were pleasant. There was a difference in the price charged by Hotels .com and the receipt from the hotel. The hotel explained they had given me a receipt for what they were charging. I would have to go back to Hotels.com regarding the difference which they could explain.”

“Lovely boutique hotel backing onto the A98 at Cullen and almost in the shadow of the magnificent Cullen Viaduct. Walkable in minutes to the most stunning beach and also to many scenic bays along the exciting coastal path to Findlater Castle (and further: we walked to Findlater Castle, then took a taxi back to the hotel). “This stay was an emergency booking due to the disaster that was the eight acres hotel in Elgin which is a dump. The wonderful folk of The Millhouse not only found us a room but bent over backwards to help us. Special mention to the wonderful Janette who was wonderful. Ask for room 2 as it has a great double jacuzzi!”

“While a car and GPS/directions are needed to get to Blervie House, once there you are central to a variety of activities. For us that meant distillery tours. We arrived and were greeted and made to feel welcome by Graham. As it turns out we timed our visit between other guests and had the house to ourselves. We found the grounds lovely for walking about.
