“The bushes in the car park (near room number 32) need triming as scratched my 4wd. Not good to open doors in 4wd into bush as well. ”

“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. “Nice services, the reception provided useful information to us.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”
