“This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.”

“Extremely confortable hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast excellent. Situation in Rouen remarkable and so close to the cathedral. Parking beneath which is easy to access with a vode, simply ring the hotel when you get to the bollarded central area and they'll guide you in.”

“Very nice property. The rooms are a bit small and lack AC, but this is compensated by the exceptionally friendly staff, the nice common areas, easy parking and nice breakfast buffet! Would happily stay again!”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
