“This was a fantastic stay. If ever I am back in Chicagoland, this is where I am staying. So much fun and convenient to the northeast suburbs of the city, including Waukegan and Gurnee. Not for anyone who is looking for peace and quiet. The bar is hopping with the locals eager to welcome you to chit chat and share a drink or two. Bring ear plugs if you want to go to bed before 2am. So much needed fun and relaxation, all overlooking a beautiful lake. Who can ask for anything more!”

“We were there to celebrate a graduation and needed a space larger enough for adults and a small dog baby. The property was accessible, clean and quiet. We were pleased with the set up and the friendliness of the host. Would recommend. ”

“Stayed here while attending daughters boot camp graduation and her liberty weekend. was a very short drive to the base. The home was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room. My daughter liked that she could relax after being in boot camp and nobody felt cramped or crowded. We were able to bake some of her favorite foods as well as take a short drive to may attractions and the airports. ”

“Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Gegenüber ist Sunset Foods und zum Bahnhof geht man 5 Minuten. Auch der See ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es umgehend geliefert. Wir würden das Appartement wieder mieten. ”

“We booked this duplex mainly for its location. Once we arrived the check in process was simple and any requests or questions were answered promptly by the owner. I pointed out a couple of matters namely master bedroom door hinge and missing tv remote which again were replied to and I have no reason to believe that it will not be addressed accordingly. Would definitely recommend.”
