“We missed our connection flight, but called ahead and they were amazing in allowing a LATE check-in. Bed was extremely comfortable and slept like a champ. Bar/restaurant is beautifully decorated. Was so good retuning next weekend before we fly out. ”
“Beautiful, elegant hotel, stuff was excellent however zero closet space!! There was absolutely nowhere to put our luggage or hang any items or store any clothing. It’s really a shame , they should figure out something for guests.

“Interesting idea to take the purpose built Studios into "hotel-style" rooms for short term lets, in my case one night. It is NOT a hotel, but it doesnt pretend to be. The studios are well equipped, but the Murphy Bed, when down, makes the rest of the room very compact. Very clean, loved the shower room, but clearly the rooms are designed as if for Student Accomodation - It reminded me of long bygone days at University. ”

“This was a great location after ending our 7 day tour. Easily walkable, a Michelin rated restaurant for dinner, excellent breakfast out (since we had a leisure morning and no rush to the airport). Staff were very helpful and the room itself was charming, comfortable. Had a triple room for girls trip and plenty spacious! ”
“Room was spacious and very clean. Tasty breakfast and you will experience the enthusiasm of all staffs. The Lockside restaurant bar was excellent in service and tasty food and drink. Good atmosphere for visitors relaxing after day out. The hotel was located 15 minutes walk to most attractions.”
“Nice hotel with all friendly and helpful staff. The rooms need more outlets. Our room did not have many and they were not in convenient locations. The showers had great water pressure, but the way they were designed left water all over the bathroom floor. Just a note for people who have limited mobility: the beds were so close to the wall that you had to climb across them from the other side of the bed. ”
