“We had our best Christmas visit to CO yet when staying for 10 days in this great property! Only 20 minutes from our son's house in Penrose, minutes from stores, restaurants, gas, museums. So nice to relax in a beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, all the accessories you could need, and to be able to cook a full Christmas dinner for the family with a large table to eat around and a living room with huge TV where we enjoyed watching the seasonal specials. “The cabin itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with everything one could think of. It felt spacious. The area was remote, with Westcliffe just 1/2 hr away. Deer and rabbits abounded close to the house The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Very highly recommended.”

“The property was not really within walking distance of downtown area. Beautiful house but we went at Christmas time and they had no decorations. I realize they probably worry about offending someone but I don’t think garland on the fireplace mantels or a fake poinsettia here or there would have been an issue. It would have been nice if they had some box games for kids or families to play while staying there. Ok for a night or two. ”

“Nothing super fancy, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. A/C and fans worked great, so we were very comfortable. All the kitchen tools and amenities we needed. We didn't bring a pet, but it would be a great place if you do have one. Lots of room in the backyard for pets to roam. ”

“My son and his wife stayed for 2 nights during their honeymoon and loved it! The hot tub was in good working order, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal, the scenery was breathtaking and the neighbors were all courteous. Checking in went perfectly and they enjoyed the biking trails that were close by.”
