“I had wonderful experience at Civitas Hotel Kigali, Rwanda. It is in a great location with a lot of fun activities going on. The hotel is clean and the food is great. Breakfast seems set but quite good. The staff is very nice and the general location, like much of Kigali in general, is safe and pleasant.”

“Lugar não atende, ao meu ver, o standard da Hoteis.com! Manutenção zero!! Tudo quebrado! O espelho do banheiro onde fiquei estava quebrado, saiu da parede, estava no chão, sem falar da situação do chuveiro e portas do “box”! Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente……
