“This was my first time getting anything that was not a hotel and I gotta say Rosie was amazing. She had everything you could think of and everything you forgot to think of. She also had these amazing fuzzy robes for option of purchase AND she made us some amazing homemade chilli and cornbread. She was very attentive and yet allowed us our privacy. We will 100% be staying here again!”

“The cabin was new, attractive, and had fabulous views from all but one of the windows. My teens and I enjoyed skipping rocks on the river just a few steps from the deck. The electronic keypad lock was super easy and convenient. The couch is very comfy and the TV was excellent. Easy to login to several streaming services. The bed was on the soft/squishy side of comfortable (I generally prefer a firmer mattress) and it was very squeaky. Creaked whenever I got in or out. The sheets were some……

“The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great.”

“This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. Short drives to downtown for shopping or dining out. I had a couple of snafu in the beginning with the code getting in but The host responded right away. Communication with her……

“Very clean and updated. Comfortable bed in bedroom and couch in living room. Nice large bathroom, too. Our only issues were that there was no heater in the bedroom. We had to turn on the one in the bathroom in order to warm up the bedroom. The living room had a separate unit also. I think having a chair in the living room and one in the bedroom would be ideal, too. Josh, the owner was super responsive and answered my texts quickly. Would love to stay here in the summer when the weather is nicer……

“We relocated from California in December and found this beautiful little cabin across from Lithia Park in Downtown Ashland . We made it our home for 3 months and it was ideal for us for walking and hiking in Lithia park , dinners out at fabulous restaurants / theatre .
