“位置特別好, 我們待2晚出門即可看到北極光, 屋內很寛敝, 陽台可看到很漂亮风景及晚霞, 設備齊全有小廚房可以煮東西, 有機會還是會再訂此hotel ,早餐很丰盛, 晚餐很可口美味, 酒店還給20% discount 旁邊就是滑雪場, 觀賞美景的好地方 ”

“Perus siisti majoitus keskeisellä sijainnilla. Me saatiin edullinen diili, joten todella hyvä hinta tästä majoituksesta tällä erää. Majoituksessa on about kaikki mitä tarvitsee ruuanlaitossa yms.”

“We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!”

“服務員態度良好。可是，酒店不是一整座建築物，而是分散式建築，所以在前往房間途中有可能需要拉行李拉一段距離。冬天有積雪時會比較吃力。酒店不是每天都清潔房間，如果入住超過7天，才會給你清潔房間一次。洗手間有點陳舊，而且沒有風筒，但水壓夠強。早餐味道不錯，酒店餐廳的其他食物都不錯。酒店另一個優點是為處於來往Ivalo機場巴士的巴士站對面，下車後不用走過對面即可。 ”

“The check in/out counter is the cashier at the cafe next to the Kukkelli supermarket. It’s difficult to find a contact person when we have enquiries. We tried to call the given contact number and no one pick up. ”

“Harde senger i sovealkoven (ingen vindu og dører her), noe lytt til nabohytta, vanskelig å få helt kaldt vann på kjøkkenet og det kom vann på badegulvet når man dusjet, selv med dusjdør igjen. Litt høy pris for en slik standard. Men, var nok kjøkkenutstyr til matlaging, har mikrobølgeovn og komfyr og grei badstu. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us out with all the tour booking even it was quite last minute. We used their Jacuzzi and Spa facilities every day!”

“Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again”

“The property had everything required for a comfortable stay - the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom walls are a bit thin and you can “hear” everything in the adjacent apt bedroom. The signs and directions are in Finnish But that aside the sauna is huge and the whole apt is absolutely welcoming ”
