“Nice and friendly ”

“Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”

“Room is of good size but smells like it has been vacant for ages and the smell only goes away slightly after 2-night stay. Shiny tiles used in the entrance and dining area which is a bit old-fashioned. There is washer and dryer in the bathroom yet parts of the dryer door fell out during the process…”

“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. We finally spent 30 mins more on getting to the right airport. This was a hiccup. Other than that the hotel is good, we didn't get our……

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“Check in was friendly, quick and easy. The location was great, close to lots of dinning spots and bars. The room was nice enough and comfortable enough, my only complaint was that the bathroom smelt a bit like sewerage. It wasn’t enough to smell with the door closed, but enough to notice while in the bathroom. Otherwise a pleasant stay. ”

“Be careful of poor communication. Expect the case no one is there to help you to assist. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. Though I liked the rooms but they are not professional and responsible. If you are planning with family please consider these parameters.”

“4mins walk to Central station. Close to the shopping street and a supermarket nearby. With washing machine in room. Thanks the lovely receptionist to arrange the special luggage storage service for us.”

“The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But please remember to tidy up the rooms fully before the customers checking in.”
