“We rented a room with a balcony, when arrived we were sent t a auite but it did have a balcony. Went back to the front desk. We were told that thosw rooms went to customers who booked directly thru hamptom and it was noy available to us because we booked thru expedia ”

“Exceptional experience. Stayed in Goodyear for important exams at nearby Prometric in April 2025 and in December 2023. Very quiet and peaceful at night, able to get full night sleep. Great amenities, great continental breakfast and nearby to other shopping around Goodyear. Rooms were clean, well-furnished and stocked. Would highly recommend this hotel for great quality at an even better price. Thank you Best Western! ”

“Hotel room was clean, however, does need to be updated. No air conditioning vents in.sink area, only window AC.. area where sink is located got very hot as I was blow drying and styling hair. No mirror no mirror in bedroom area. Couch had cigarette burns and somewhat wor worn downn down”

“Loved having a full home instead of hotel room, but the living room furniture was AWFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE. A futon and a bench without a back? I would get rid of both and put a small sectional in there. The stools at the counter were too hard, and too high! I thought about putting patio furniture in LR. Even though we didn’t spend too much time inside, that would be deciding factor to NOT return here. Kitchen is missing a sheet pan. Oven bellowed with smoke when we used for pizza, was……

It was clean, I felt safe, theres a walmart and frys across the street, alot of dining options around, and most importantly a Walgreens. They also provide continental breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30a and always had coffee andtea available ”
