“The listing is accurate: 2 bed/1 bath, washer/dryer, evap. cooler/furnace. The evaporative cooler may not be for everyone, but I lived in AZ for a long time, so I'm fine with them. My partner said the mattress wasn't comfortable for him, but I was fine. I used the washer and dryer to do a small load while we were there. “My family had an amazing Christmas staying here at this cute little town cottage. We had an amazing view of the mountain the kids could play out back there was a firepit that was amazing! This little cottage was a perfect place to stay for a in between to the great sand dunes and colorado springs!! We would definitely come again!
