“This was a very nice, clean, and convenient place to stay on our way to Great Sand Dunes NP. Great price, responsive communication. Very close to Walsenberg which has a Safeway and good restaurants. Highly recommended ”

“We stayed in this apartment for the second time during the week of Christmas. The host added a tree and other decorations to make our stay more festive and we were able to celebrate Christmas with our family there. It truly was a special holiday and we enjoyed it just as much as we did last summer! The hosts were very fast in responding to our questions/requests and were very accommodating to allow our maltipoos and planned/unplanned guests. We appreciated that we were also given a music stand……

“Beautiful and cozy new-build guest house with a hot tub! We thoroughly enjoy this modern guest house featuring modern upgrades such as heated floors and an easily accessible hot tub. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with all the necessary kitchen necessities you would need to cook a meal. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and cordial. The only item missing was access to a washer/dryer unit. However, this would not deter us from booking this unit again. ”

“Property could be made more comfortable with one comfortable chair for guest. Also door key was tricky to lock and then retrieve key. When leaving I could not remove key from lock after locking door”
