“As part of our 10-year wedding anniversary, my wife and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property. Tucked away in the hills of Marion, it felt like our private oasis. We came from a crowded suburb in NC and quiet of the night and stillness if the starts were mesmerizing. Close enough though to Marion, Abingdon and Damascus we made daily trips to the parks to log miles on the trails. The accommodations were perfect! A comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels and a huge hot tub to boot! Can't……

“Peaceful, friendly down-home vibe unlike any other. Homey, safe, family feel in every way. Love what the ‘new’ owners are doing to improve and honor the traditions of this very historic retreat. “The house was wonderful as was the host. Perfect size the 2 couples with 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Loved that the bedrooms had luggage stands, no suitcases on the floor!The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance to town, the hill going back to the house may be challenging for some.”

“Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see……

“This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night.
