“Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated. Everything we could have needed was available. We just went to Ingles for food and cooked all our meals at the cabin. I fell in love with the screened in porch. I felt like i was in a tree house. My favorite spot was the outdoor couch. It's hard to believe it is early August and we could spend an entire day outside, even in the hot tub. ”

“I loved the place overall, I only had a few things to mention. There was no shower caddy, there was alot of poison ivy on one of the trees near the deck. There were no directions for the ice maker or directions for connecting to the TV channels. It was very convenient to downtown and parks and trails. Will stay again!”

“It was an awesome cabin in the woods. Everything was great, the beds were very comfortable. We had to walk down hill to the river which was a little steep. Overall, I’d love to stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for me because I love being in the mountains! You could sit out on the deck and watch people float down the river and just sit there and listen to the river and the mountains. Great place to stay! Thank you so much. The town of Lansing is awesome. They have an awesome park there and……

“The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. ”

“very clean and quaint! The cottage had everything you could possibly need and was well stocked with supplies . We did use the washing machine and it did not spin clothes very well. We had to hand wring them before drying. It was the retreat we were looking for. ”

“From entering the cabin, to the time we left, we were met with a warm cozy spirit. The place was clean and smelt pleasant, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area was enough space to have a small fire and roast marshmallows. A great place if you are ever around marion! ”
