“酒店在市中心，交通極為方便。 房間很大，很漂亮(唯晚上房間或有蚊隻)。 櫃台服務員很親切友善。 參加酒店安排的旅遊，非常滿意。 導遊Sinet詳細介紹當地歷史，亦拍攝美麗景點照片。司機很細心，經常問我們需否要飲水及供應冰凍毛巾。總括而言，行程非常愉快。 最後多謝酒店提升房間。謝謝！”

“性價比高的選擇，絕對推薦給大家。地理位置優越，步行至酒吧街及夜市都是5-10分鐘路程。客房整潔，但毛巾有污漬。房間有提供電蚊香。早餐每天有三款餐選擇，有美式亦有中式，附有生果盤，味道不錯。值得一提的是check out後酒店有特別讓我們到客房的浴室淋浴，對於下午飛機離開的旅客特別有用。”

“The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps……

“酒店的位置不是很好找，我们的司机来来回回走了很久才开到酒店门口。门口的路也很烂，出入如果用走的，真的很麻烦，酒店前台女孩子很热情可爱，很会聊天。欢迎饮品也很好喝哦。 酒店周围有一些小店，出去大路还有夜市，吃喝玩乐都很方便。 我们订的是一楼泳池房间，出门就是泳池的那种，但相对显得没有隐私，洗澡的位置没有门或拉帘，如果大门的窗帘没有关好，就变成全走光了。。。”

“職員非常親切有禮，樂於幫忙，酒店早餐選擇雖沒自助餐多選擇，但份量非常足，內容也夠豐富。泳池清潔、深淺恰宜。非常建議使用酒店的tuk tuk車，價格合理，省下講價的心力，更可與司機相約回程地點及時間，如有更改，用what’s app 溝通也方便。酒店也有導遊服務，可以一併訂購，直接點到點出遊，令旅程更悠遊。酒店也有Spa，可預約，住客會有折扣。”

“略為隱蔽的位置，但是離熱鬧的酒店街其實不遠，環境氣氛非常舒適且有著南洋風與北歐風混搭的裝潢，相當有文藝品味的空間讓人著迷於其中，尤其是處處都是好拍照的攝影點。房間略小，但合乎價位，整體來說，相當喜歡這次的住宿體驗。”

“Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. “Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly. Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you! ”
