“This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. When we arrived we found the hotel to be very well staffed. Even though we were too early to check in, there was a flood of activity to welcome and accommodate us. Our bags were secured for us while we went exploring. Upon our return, we were promptly checked in and shown to our room. The room itself……
