“Great value for the money no doubt about that. Independent decent apartment not far from Medellin is what exactly I want. Loved having the washer machine. Groceries could be delivered to your door. Mateo is a great guy, fantastic help, showed me around and even helped me order groceries and get a haircut. DiDi and Uber are not expensive and can take you everywhere. Sloppy hill down to the apartment and up to the main road. Good daily exercise. ”

“Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. ”
