“I had a wonderful time at Z.E.T.T. Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The location is perfect for exploring Jounieh, and the breakfast was really good. Highly recommend!”

“My journey in Lebanon is truly a love story and this lovely family owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! They’re truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable.……

“The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though.”

“A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it. They wasted a few hours of my life trying to get this refund and kept saying they didn’t email me asking……
