“Very clean”

“Look no further if you are going to Birmingham. What a perfect place to stay. Clean, everything you needed (we cooked a number of dinners there), excellent communication with the owner (very responsive), and close to a grocery store (Publix), restaurants and most importantly, ideal for golfing at Robert Trent (Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge). Three bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (K, Q and 2 twins). We have been coming to Alabama every fall for 7 years to play the various Robert Trent……

“An absolutely amazing stay in every way. You felt as if you were welcomed by a friend to experience their kind hospitality. We were in town for a family wedding and we were not familiar with this area and the location was perfect. The 10-mile view from the back of the house was such a bonus, as was the deer that dropped by in the afternoon to eat the deer corn our host suggested we bring. “Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
