“My husband, parents and me stayed for a family holiday gathering. Location is good and bedroom space good. Although the kitchen is somewhat small it is very well stocked! The only reason I have it s 4 start is because there was no laundry ”

“Comfortable place to stay. Lots of little things that made it special (snacks, bottled water, etc). Had one issue that I notified them about and they were out the next day to fix it. (Disposal was not working I just avoided that side of the sink-not a big deal). I would recommend staying here! Great owners to work with ”

“Overall a lovely stay. We were able to play games and enjoyed seeing our little grandson.There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed to help make it a bit more comfortable and safe: -ensure chair legs all stable and secure -master shower floor slope improved for proper drainage as water was pooled and stepping into ice cold water on the floor was a little too refreshing for the cold season-light above the stove and sink did not function-maybe add some bake ware so one could……

“We recently stayed at Five Points South for a family wedding in Birmingham, and very much enjoyed our stay. There were three families in the house, and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of charm and very clean. Great backyard and front porch area. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Birmingham.”

“The only issue was a glitch at checking-in, which was quickly remedied with a quick call. The facilities were comfortable and much better than I have had at other places. What a relief to have such a place to stay after a long trip! Next time, I will plan to have a longer stay so to explore more of the surrounding local area. ”

“I stayed here for almost 2 months for my internship at UAB Hospital and it was perfect. It was nice, clean and a great location close to everything. It was fully stocked and felt like a home away from home. Also great communication from the host. I would stay again if ever in the area.”
