We can see that the staff has been trying to maintain the best condition and keep the furniture clean but the furniture and decoration are really quite old. “I had a one night stop over in Cairo, and this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were wonderful, served at a pool-side cafe. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. If you book and day tours of the pyramids, I would recommend going through Viator and not using the tour company situated in the hotel. ”

“Der var en riktigt fin upplevelse med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som är serviceinriktad. Rent och fint hotell, bra med städning. Mitt flyg landade tidigt i Kairo på natten kl 02 och jag skulle egentligen få inträde till hotellrummet kl 12 men personalen var hjälpsamma och ordnade med ett rum när jag kom fram kl 04 till hotellet så jag kunde vila och sova efter den långa resan. “Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient. Little convenience store,……

“The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. ”

“Service is excellent, the price is worthy with the view. Facilities and hygiene are satisfactory. Counter would recommend but not hard selling tours to you. The only odor problem is from the streets which is out from their control. ”
