“Very good on all counts. The staff was wonderful. My key card stopped working and they asked a few questions and got everything straightened out quickly and got me back in. The only strange thing other than key card malfunction was the TV turned on about every 2-3 hours through the night, I think from the remotes in other rooms being used and the sensor picking up through the walls, but other than that everything was good ”

“Very nice, spacious room.The kitchenette was a plus we didn't use but surely will in future visits. Staff was excellent...had to report faulty plumbing three times during our 4-day stay, but the issue was addressed very quickly every time. The bed was very comfortable; pillows, however, were way too soft, even the "firm."”
