“A bit far from old downtown...”

“ Located on a quiet street close to a "main street" with great food options Soundproof unit aside from neighbouring unit's door and stairway to upstairs unit (didn't hear them except when they left in the morning.) Cups, dishes, cooking and dining utensils available for use Walkability to parliament and old city (if you are ok with the hills)- Only bathroom and second bedroom are in basement which might make it challenging for people with mobility issues or small kids- Odd off-center placement……

“Superbe loft très propre pour vraiment pas cher. Le stationnement juste en face très pratique. Nous étions 4 et avons passés du bon temps. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir se cuisiner notre souper. Il manquait par contre quelques petites choses (essuie-tout, nappe ou napperons, saran wrap ou papier aluminium, plat de service, bol à chips). La terrasse n’est présentement pas sécuritaire mais elle a l’air en rénovation. Nous espérons qu’elle le sera quand nous reviendrons sûrement cette été. Un endroit……

“I visited Quebec City for the weekend with 3 adults and one teen. The townhouse was very spacious with 3 levels, one bedroom on each. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The teen slept on the pullout futon, which was not super but fine for a couple nights. Two full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. Townhouse was well stocked with the essentials. Beds were freshly made with linens, towels were in the shape of swans when we arrived. The……

“The apartment was perfectly located for everything. The best restaurants are just around the corner and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. We enjoyed having a common area to meet and visit in and the space was utilized well. ”

“Located on Grande Alle, close to some of the best restaurants the ciry has to offer, walking distance to the old city! The house itself is from anothwr era, the massive doors to huge bedrooms and living spaces makes this a great home to have friends come over. The dining room seats 14 easily! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommed to others! ”
