“Having read some scary reviews, we were a little worried - but it was not at all Fawlty Towers. The building itself is magnificent - it's definitely the tallest room I've ever slept in. The roses in the walkway - such a scent. The gardens have a well-tended, shabby-chic feel where you can see the grandeur of the original planting being colonised by nature. “L'hôtel était bon. Vraiment nous n'aimons pas commander le repas pour le soir sur l'enregistrement à l'avance du soir. Le repas était très joliment présenté mais évidemment pré-préparé et quand-même nous l'avons bien mangé, nous aurions préferé le poisson fraîchement cuit avec une pâte croustillante.”
