“Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch.”

It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our brief stay - including milk in the fridge for morning teas. “I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. "The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
