“There was hair all over the shower. I have the pictures to prove that it was not cleaned.”

“Service was awesome- pillows were uncomfortable no matter how many you stacked up, breakfast was ok but free;) and the noise coming thru the closed windows was loud - windows need replaced. Also barn doors on bathrooms had no stop so you could see thru cracks of door and pinched hands in door. Otherwise ok place to stay.”

“This was our second time to stay in the Rochester area while driving through to Boston and we enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. Clean, convenient, and comfortable! ”

“Everything is good, the only drawback is that there is no exhaust ventilation facility. Especially in the bathroom, this can easily cause a peculiar smell in the room”

“We ordered a room with two doubles. Upon registering we were asked if we wanted a king. Even though the sign said they were sold out, I said OK. I asked if there was an elevator, & was told that we were on first floor, but after parking, we found that we were on second floor and must climb steps. Then, we opened the door yo two doubles! Crazy!”
