“This apartment and property are well cared for, secure and a short walk down a road to the beach. The apartment has gorgeous views in the main area and primary bed room. There is a river crossing from this section of the beach as well as it is a little far from the main section of town which is great if you want a quieter place to stay but does require a vehicle or quite a walk to get to the restaurants and shopping.”

“This condo is amazing!! The view is just spectacular! There is everything you need and more in the kitchen, the air conditioning in every room works very well and the place is so spacious. We were a family of 8 (2 parents, 4 grand-parents and 2 children (3 and 6 yo)) and everyone loved it! The Beach is only 100m walk away (downhill and up Hill on the way back). Our favorite spot of the trip yet. And the village is close by too. ”

“This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything. Like all houses, things sometimes go wrong, we had the heater in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, she right away sent the electrician and tried all she could to get it fixed. And since it was……

“Large, clean, and centrally located. Nice size bedrooms, enough room for the 5 of us to live together comfortably. A/C works great. Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes through the center of town. You can also walk to all the restaurants very easily in minutes. Recommended. ”

“Central pool and rancho is the focal spot of the facility. Other guests/owners all very friendly. Moderate walk to beach. Unit is a little dated but all is adequate. A/C and WIFI worked well. Only small issue was the fridge is not balanced which caused a big wobble and difficulty opening”

“The four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids- had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cool and had a great kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach. We rented beech chairs, surf and boogie boards and a bike. The kids had a great time in the water. The turtle tour was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Wonderful condo. Beautiful and relaxing place. Diego was very nice. Pool and surrounding area meticulously maintained. Proximity to the Azul Beach Club Restaurant provide us with some of the best dinners we have had in Costa Rica! Beach was pure Costa Rican Pacific with easy access, an excellent walking experience. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Travel was challenging due the conditions of the roads. This is not for anyone interested in an active nightlife!”
