“Trust me, you walk in the front door of this place and it takes about 30 minutes to pick your jaw up off the floor due to your amazement in the view from this property at the edge of the infinity pool! So perfect! The house has everything you could ever need and will definitely not disappoint! Louis, the property manager, was awesome to deal with and just a great person all around. Made sure our family and friends were informed on everything in and around Samara, and was just a great resource……

“First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. The property sits less than a block from one of the main beach accesses - excellent for checking surf conditions, heading down with gear, or hitting the must see sunset. “Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!……

“This was a beautiful home and one of the cleanest properties we have stayed. There were plenty of towels to use for the pool/beach. There were lots of games and movies available. Walking distance to restaurants although a little too far for us in which we would have to carry our 3 & 1 yr old. Security guard always present and home had additional security doors. We felt safe and had no issues. Would recommend this home.”
