“This is a great little home in Playa Pelada. It has a well stocked kitchen and makes the most out of a relatively compact home. There is a bed in a loft and another small cabin that has another bedroom and bathroom. It is just a few minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes into some local restaurants in Playa Pelada. It is about a 20 minute walk into playa Guiones, which is the main beach in the nosara area. Tiffany took great care of us during our stay and had lots of helpful local……

“The team overseeing The Line Up was a dream team, Yessi was always available to answer any questions or help with any bookings. The house is perfect for families with teens or middle school children - great layout and hang out spaces. The house is not walkable to town and beach and is quite a curvy road up the hill which is important to know if you are hauling surf boards up and down. you 100% need a vehicle to get around, however you get the views! Overall we had a great stay !”

“This was a beautiful home and one of the cleanest properties we have stayed. There were plenty of towels to use for the pool/beach. There were lots of games and movies available. Walking distance to restaurants although a little too far for us in which we would have to carry our 3 & 1 yr old. Security guard always present and home had additional security doors. We felt safe and had no issues. Would recommend this home.”

“Pros: Stunning views. Private. Peaceful. Solid internet. Good communications with owner and property manager. Great pool. Upstairs suite was perfect. The locals were GREAT. Down to earth and helpful.Cons: Should have minimum necessaries for first night such as bars of soap in the bathroom and one roll of paper towels for kitchen. Owner should consider upgrading his fumigation program to mitigate swarming ants and to seal all areas where other unwanted critters enter the house.Observation: It……
