“This is a great property to rent. Everything is the home was extremely clean and the beds were comfy too. The neighborhood was very nice and there are restaurants and stores nearby. Transportation was super easy everywhere we went. You can easily get an Uber or Wemo car and we even walked a few blocks over and caught the Muni train. The host was easy to work with and responded to my questions thru the app with no issues. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was because the downstairs shower head……

“Location was ideal (less than 30 min from downtown SF). Plenty of room in the house (3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms). Kitchen had newer appliances (stove & refrig). Separate tv room downstairs (tri-level) was nice as well. One car garage and washer/dryer were a plus.Bathrooms were outdated though with leaky shower knobs. Did have ant intrusions several times in kitchen and living room. Initial check in process did not go as planned as door code given was incorrect and took 45 minutes to sort out.”

“Stayed here to be adjacent to SF but enjoy the hiking and walking in the area. Hosts were gracious and location wonderful. ”

“We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2-year-old. We'd traveled in the area several times in the past, but this was our first time staying at Lavender House. In addition to the walking distance to nearby playground, shops, and restaurants, we enjoyed the hot tub, board games, and host-provided coffee. They also have toddler dishes, a high-chair, and step stool, which made our stay easier. We highly recommend buying ingredients for cooking breakfast, especially for early risers, since nearby……

“Very comfortable home in a great location in San Francisco. The host was kind enough to help us unload the car, which was wonderful when we had a grumpy baby on arrival. He gave a quick tour and showed us where the baby accessories were. He put the crib together in the room my daughter chose and was very nice. We had a great stay and enjoyed our downtime at the house.”

“Stay was great, home was just like the pictures online. Host was very quick to respond . Only suggestion I would say is to have more cooking pots/pans and oven mitts/ potholders. We usually like to enjoy a meal or two where we stay. Overall, highly recommended place ”
