“Bel posto, personale molto professionale e cordiale”

“まずロケーションがいい。駅から約1分。欠点は、バスタブがあり良かったが、防滴用のガラスが大きすぎて使いにくかった。それに手すりもなく、非常に危険を感じた。滑って転んで大怪我の可能性あり。冷蔵庫はあったが、最近どのホテルにもある給湯用のポットか無く、不便だった。それからスリッパは欧州のホテルに期待していなかったが、とんでもないところにあった。もう少しわかりやすい場所においた方が良いかと。ドントデイスターブの表示用ボタンが何処にあるのか最後までわからなかった。”

“Excellent quality and value We have stayed here twice now the breakfast is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely. Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍”

“Albergo grande zona fiera. Adatto più per coppie pruriginose che per manager rampanti. Camera tripla grande con specchio sul letto a baldacchino (!) circondato da abatjour rosse. Assenza di un cestino per i rifiuti, presente solo quello piccolo in bagno. Colazione discreta, buona il dolce insignificante il salato. Poco organizzati ( 2 sole addette a fornire i banchi e preparare bevande calde ), non era meglio mettere una macchina che fa tutto in sala? Per il resto tutto ok, check-in e check-out……
