“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

“A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels ( no beach chairs ) and two coffee makers and plenty of coffee. My adult son went to use the hot tub but it was turned off so we figured the……

“Disappointed on arrival with an unserviced house. Bed unmade, towels on floor, and trash in rental unit all from previous renter. Notified host with no call back. Had to use ring camera on porch. After three calls on ring door bell, we finally had Jordan answer who was cold and short. We were told we could stay for the night free and sleep there. We stated we didn’t want to sleep on someone’s else’s sheets. Jordan cut my wife off and said ok they would refund us. Our main problem was the host……

“We came in for a quick weekend trip for a graduation. The location was ideal for us. We enjoyed the balcony, the absolutely beautiful walkway to the beach, and the cleanliness of the rental property. ”

“Great bungalow for a couple, we also had our adult son. He slept comfortably in the pull out. We stayed in “green”. Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. This will be our “go to” when we come back to Laguna.”

“This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. Host was communicative, and helpful most of the time. Overall we enjoyed our time here. It just could have been better if someone had made sure……

“We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I……
