“You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the whole property was spotless. Breakfast was the perfect start to our days with all the smiling faces helping to make our start to the day a happy one. I highly recommend! It won’t disappoint. I’m giving you more stars because 5 is not enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The hotel was on the water, steps from the pier. Great location. Our room and property were clean. A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area. ”

“The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.”

“Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job……
