“The hotel was on the water, steps from the pier. Great location. Our room and property were clean. A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area. ”

“First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. Thank you to entire staff at hotel for making the trip……

“This family owned hotel was simply perfect in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious. When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on my balcony at sunset. ”

“The place was fine. I would stay there again. My gripes are that the WiFi didn’t work (and is likely running on hardware that hasn’t been updated in 8yrs) - just stop advertising it as an amenity if it doesn’t work reliably rather than making me spend time experimenting. And the bathroom in room 11 had a smell that came up from the shower drain. It wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely noticeable - largely suppressible for several hours by taking a long shower with plenty of soap. ”
