"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"

"Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called."
