“Such a beautiful space! My spouse, two kids and I loved our stay at the treehouse. The house feels quiet and serene, but is super close to all the Woodland Hills amenities and Topanga Canyon. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space! Highlights include the full stocked kitchen, gas grill, beautiful views and the upstairs Toto toilet! We would love to stay here again.”

“My wife and I were in Topanga Canyon for the week, for a family wedding and our stay at this property greatly enhanced that experience. The cottage was very charming, cozy and nicely furnished & decorated. It had everything we needed, including a large kitchen, comfortable master bedroom & 2 full bathrooms. Was quiet and serene, with a beautiful backyard. Several tasty restaurants were nearby. It was the perfect place for us. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We plan to return! ”

“Our stay at Polynesian Paradise was amazing! Four of us flew over from Vancouver for an extended weekend stay for the Oasis concert. It was a short Uber to the grounds and after the show we ended up walking back… wasn’t too bad of a walk, took about an hour. Lots of good restaurants a short drive away.The pool and outdoor area is amazing! And we all enjoyed the detailed decor inside. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again if we return to LA/Pasadena area in the future :) ”

“Lovely, quiet stay with all the necessary amenities. Photos are accurate, location is super quiet. Hosts are kind, thoughtful and responsive. It was like a home away from home as it had everything you needed. Air conditioning was ice cold! Great water pressure in the shower. Private driveway parking. Close enough to Los Angeles, but far enough for some peace and quiet.I would absolutely book this property again.”

“This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No……

The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. While this didn't affect the stay directly, it’s something to be aware……
