“This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. We waited for over an hour outside the property for a reply to our code requests and then, once we received a reply, we still had……

“This home was very clean which was appreciated. The hot tub was great and we used nightly. One surprise was that there was no oven in this large kitchen. There was a toaster oven which was not large enough for the items we brought to cook for a family of 11. Also, the home needs some maintenance on deteriorating cabinetry etc.”

“This adu home is amazing and nicely appointed. We stayed here for a horse show in Burbank. My wife loved having the pool to relax after the showing her horse. It has recently been renovated and is completely separate from the other part of the property. It is its own little oasis. It is about 15 minutes away from where the map shows it. But other than that the property was exactly as described. I would stay again.”

Light switches are in odd locations, but once you find them, you're good to go.There are sticky notes with reminders all over the house.The kitchen has been recently renovated and is beautiful. One of the bedroom doors has been cut-out at the top and bottom. There is no door on the master bathroom and the toilet is in direct view of the bed.The towels were in the hall closet. “Our family of 5 with teens had a brilliant stay at this charming and gorgeous property. The beds were all very comfortable and the property was pristine. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The decor is beautiful and all well thought out. Lots of large seating areas to spread out. We particularly loved the outdoor area - it was beautiful and the pool sparkled ! Angelique did everything to make sure our stay was the best it could be ♥️ Thank you !”
