“Very clean, modern, and fresh. Comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a shelf and towel hooks for toiletries and to hang towels. Patio would be more usable with furniture. We suggest some written instructions be provided on the use of all the remote controls. Much appreciated the coffee supplied! Although it is near the freeway there wasn’t a lot of traffic noise, quiet neighborhood. ”

“Great stay in Burbank, really felt like home. Furniture could do with a bit of an update and mattress was a bit too soft / sinking, but apart from that it was a great location with easy access and parking. I will definitely consider staying here again! ”

“This apartment is very clean and comfortable and is kiddy corner to a Whole foods and walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. This is a corporate area, and construction across the street begins at 7a.m. so”

“A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch……
