“The Propery was clean with the exception of fabric sofa and chair needed to be clean. Chair arm cracked in one spot and taped in another so getting up it broke. There was some items needed in unit which would have made it excellent. All my suggestions and issues were sent to host. Over all a pleasant stay.”

“While I did not have a bad stay at this property, it was different from other VRBO experiences I have had and I wouldn't describe it as great, just adequate. This felt "strictly business" in interactions with the COMPANY that manages this property. I have enjoyed the personal interactions with other places I have stayed, and felt more like I was a guest. “Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. ”

“I failed to read the reviews before booking but as they said, the host is not responsive. Vrbo took care of the cancellation and refund but our trip could have been ruined if we didn’t find somewhere else to stay in such last minute notice. Avoid the phone calls and inconvenience. ”

“We had a great time. Enjoyed the ocean right below our deck and hearing the crashing waves. Spent most of our time out on the deck. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The only negative was there was no hot water for our showers. But it I still give it an excellent rating. ”
